Refund Policy

At KG Cabinetry & More, we value transparency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Because our work involves custom-made products, special orders, and professional installation services, the following refund and cancellation policies apply:

1. Custom Orders & Cabinetry

All custom cabinetry and made-to-order products are non-refundable once production has begun.
This includes:

  • Custom cabinets

  • Special finishes or colors

  • Personalized measurements or modifications

Once materials are ordered or fabrication has started, cancellations cannot be refunded.

2. Countertops & Stone Materials

Countertops (quartz, granite, marble, etc.) are cut and fabricated specifically for each project.
Because of this, all countertop orders are non-refundable after:

  • Material selection approval

  • Template measurement completion

  • Fabrication start

Any cancellations before these steps may be eligible for partial refunds, depending on supplier conditions.

3. Installation Services

For installation services (cabinets, countertops, remodeling work):

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled installation may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the installation date are not refundable, as labor and scheduling costs have already been allocated.

4. Deposits

All deposits are used to secure materials, labor, and scheduling.
Therefore, deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.

5. Project Errors or Defects

If an error is caused by KG Cabinetry & More, we will:

  • Correct the mistake at no additional cost, or

  • Replace any defective product or incorrect installation.

Refunds are not offered for issues that can be corrected through repair or replacement.

6. Client-Provided Measurements

If the client provides measurements that later result in incorrect sizing or fabrication, refunds cannot be issued.
We always recommend allowing our professional team to take the measurements.
